Claire Martin-Bindley
Claire is our director and runs the business on a day to day basis. Claire has over 15 years experience in the property industry in both sales, lettings and management roles. Outside of work Claire has an eye for interior design when she has time from running around after the children and is also known to love a glass of wine or 2.
Kurtis Sinnett
Kurtis, with us since 2021, earns high respect from our landlords and tenants. He played a key role in our recent "Best Letting Agent in Merseyside" award and keeps growing professionally. Outside work, Kurtis is a self-proclaimed gaming geek and a dedicated gym enthusiast.

Mum to Oliver, wife to Tyrone (it’s pronounced See-Saa-Rello!), and lover of oat milk flat white, coffee is the key to her heart!
Laura Veste
Laura, who joined in 2022, manages daily maintenance operations, ensuring work orders and compliance are on track for tenants and landlords. She's the friendly voice you hear when you call. Outside work, she enjoys family time with her husband and son, and has a guilty pleasure for STEPS, but we don't judge.
